Jessica Reveles

President

Jessica Reveles (she/her/élla) is the founder of Lightbulb Moments Press, an independent publishing house dedicated to amplifying the voices of women, LGBTQ folks, and people of color. With a deep background in digital marketing and brand storytelling, Jessica empowers changemakers and mission-driven leaders to bring their stories to life, from raw manuscript to published book, marketing, and beyond. Her approach to book coaching and publishing is deeply personal, equity-driven, and rooted in helping underrepresented voices shine.

John Agee

VP & Treasurer

Jonathon Agee (he/him) is the founder of The Bookkeeping Specialists, LLC, where he helps business owners strengthen their financial foundations through clear financial education, strategic planning, and reliable reporting. He brings a steady, detail-oriented approach to leadership and is passionate about helping business owners feel supported, confident, and connected as they grow.

Jordy Sierra

Secretary

Jordy Sierra (she/her) is the founder of Mixed Plate Learning, where she helps businesses turn individual talents into cohesive teams through the power of authentic connection. Drawing on her background in Learning & Development for brands like Disney and SiriusXM, she acts as a partner to local leaders, creating spaces where every perspective can be heard, and every “flavor” can stand out. Jordy is on a mission to build stronger communities by helping teams move work forward together.

Dr. Jaime Raygoza

Programs & Events

Dr. Jaime G. Raygoza (he/him/él) is the founder of Rainbow Career Coaching, where he helps neurodivergent, LGBTQ+, BIPOC, and allied professionals grow careers they’re proud of without sacrificing their well-being. With a PsyD in Human and Organizational Psychology, ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credentials, and training as a Laughter Yoga Teacher, Jaime blends evidence-based, trauma-informed coaching with practical, holistic tools to prevent burnout, manage stress, and build sustainable success.

The Orange County Queer Chamber of Commerce is growing and we're looking for passionate, committed leaders to help shape what's next.

Our board members play an active role in advancing economic empowerment and belonging for LGBTQ+ professionals, entrepreneurs, and allies across Orange County.
This is a volunteer position that requires regular time, energy, and heart. In return, you'll be part of a values-driven team building something meaningful for our community.

What to expect:
  • Bi-weekly board meetings
  • Committee participation
  • In-person event attendance in Orange County
  • A collaborative, inclusive leadership culture
