Dr. Jaime Raygoza

President

Dr. Jaime G. Raygoza (he/him/él) is the founder of Rainbow Career Coaching, where he helps LGBTQ+, BIPOC, and allied professionals grow and transition to careers they’re proud of. With a PsyD in Human and Organizational Psychology and ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credentials, Dr. Jaime blends evidence-based, trauma-informed coaching with practical tools to prevent burnout, manage stress, and build sustainable success.

As President of the Orange County Queer Chamber of Commerce (OCQCC), Dr. Jaime leads the Chamber’s founding vision and community-building work to support queer and allied professionals across Orange County. He’s passionate about creating spaces that feel welcoming, inclusive, and action-oriented, and about strengthening the infrastructure OC needs for queer entrepreneurs to connect, build visibility, and thrive.







John Agee

VP & Treasurer

Jonathon Agee (he/him/él) is the founder of The Bookkeeping Specialists, LLC, where he helps business owners strengthen their financial foundations through clear financial education, strategic planning, and reliable reporting. Known for his steady, detail-oriented approach, Jonathon supports entrepreneurs in building systems that reduce stress, improve decision-making, and create long-term stability. He believes financial clarity is a form of empowerment, especially for small business owners navigating growth.

As VP & Treasurer for OCQCC, Jonathon helps steward the organization’s financial health and sustainability so the chamber can keep expanding its programs and reach. He’s committed to building transparent, responsible systems that support OCQCC’s mission and ensure queer-owned businesses have a strong, stable community resource behind them.

Jordy Sierra

Secretary

Jordy Sierra (she/her) is the founder of Mixed Plate Learning, where she helps businesses turn individual talents into cohesive teams through the power of authentic connection. Drawing on her background in Learning & Development for brands like Disney and SiriusXM, Jordy creates people-centered learning experiences that strengthen collaboration, communication, and team effectiveness. Her work is grounded in the belief that when people feel safe enough to be real, teams move faster and cultures get healthier.

As Secretary for OCQCC, Jordy supports the board’s clarity and follow-through by helping keep communication organized, decisions documented, and priorities moving. She’s passionate about building strong community infrastructure behind the scenes so OCQCC can stay sustainable, responsive, and impactful as it grows.

Rodrigo Marquez

Director of Membership & Engagement

Rodrigo Marquez (he/they) is the Founder and Director of Queer Latin Dance OC, an Orange County-based organization creating inclusive spaces where LGBTQ+ people and allies connect through dance, wellness, and community. A professional Latin dance instructor since 2019, Rodrigo teaches salsa, bachata, cumbia, and partner dance with a mission to make learning and socializing feel welcoming, affirming, and judgment-free. With a background in restaurant management and financial services (fraud investigations and compliance), he brings both heart and operational leadership to everything he builds.

As the Director of Membership & Engagement for OCQCC, Rodrigo focuses on helping members feel seen, supported, and genuinely connected to one another. He’s committed to building a chamber culture that’s relationship-driven, inclusive across identities and industries, and designed to help queer-owned businesses grow through community, collaboration, and consistent engagement.

Myriad Hall

Director of Marketing

Myriad Hall (she/they) is the founder of Myrigold Photo & Design, specializing in LGBTQIA+ and event photography, plus design, branding, and visual storytelling that feels bold, warm, and unmistakably you. They previously worked at Cal State Fullerton’s Losquadro Keller LGBTQ Resource Center, where they deepened their commitment to creating spaces where people can feel free to express themselves and share their story openly. Outside of work, Myriad is all about whimsical vibes and creative adventure, with interests that include nightlife, travel, hiking, and LARP.

As the Director of Marketing for OCQCC, Myriad helps bring the Chamber’s story to life through consistent, high-quality visuals and member-forward content across events and campaigns. Their focus is simple: make it easier for queer businesses to be seen, celebrated, and remembered, while building a community presence that feels welcoming, inclusive, and genuinely fun to be part of.

The Orange County Queer Chamber of Commerce is growing and we're looking for passionate, committed leaders to help shape what's next.

Our board members play an active role in advancing economic empowerment and belonging for LGBTQ+ professionals, entrepreneurs, and allies across Orange County.
This is a 2 year term volunteer position that requires regular time, energy, and heart. In return, you'll be part of a values-driven team building something meaningful for our community.

What to expect:
  • Bi-weekly board meetings
  • Committee participation
  • In-person event attendance in Orange County
  • A collaborative, inclusive leadership culture
