OCQCC Virtual Speed Networking is a fast, friendly way to meet other LGBTQ+ and allied business owners, entrepreneurs, and community partners without the awkward small talk or the “so… what do you do?” spiral.
Hosted by the Orange County Queer Chamber of Commerce (OCQCC) and sponsored by Rainbow Career Coaching, this event is designed to help you make real connections, swap referrals, and explore collaboration opportunities in a structured, low-pressure format.
We’ll start with a quick welcome and a few simple community norms, then you’ll share a lightning 30-second intro in the main room. From there, we’ll move into five rounds of 1:1 speed networking in Zoom breakout rooms. Each room will have two people, and you’ll have 2.5 minutes each (5 minutes total) to connect, share what you do, and name one clear ask. After every round, you’ll return to the main room and get randomized into a new room right away. We’ll wrap up back in the main room with closing remarks and announcements.
